Leo Chavez, founder and president of MeetPlaya Tours & Transfers, was born in Acapulco, Mexico, and grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Over the course of a decade, the devoted father of two tirelessly worked his way up from stocker to district manager at one of the United States’ largest retail outlets, Dollar Tree, before moving to Playa del Carmen in 2011.

Leo’s naturally welcoming disposition, combined with his extensive experience in customer service, perfectly positions him and MeetPlaya Transfers & Tours to welcome travelers with their signature charm and friendly disposition.
