Xel-Há is a natural water park in the Riviera Maya where a freshwater river, a jungle cove and the Caribbean Sea meet — and where your day can be as active or as relaxed as you want it to be.
Snorkel as long as you like in a crystal-clear inlet full of tropical fish, drift down the river on an inner tube, ride the jungle bike trails, jump from the Cliff of Courage or fly over the water on a zip line. Climb the 40-meter Lighthouse Lookout for a 360° view of jungle and sea, then come back down on the tallest slide in the area.

- Park hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Ages 0 to 4: free admission
- Ages 5 to 11: 24% off the adult admission price
- Ages 12 and up: adult admission
- Children under 12 who are taller than 1.40 m must show ID to verify their age
Not permitted
- Sunscreen, repellent and tanning lotion must be titanium-oxide or zinc-oxide based only — other products are not allowed in the water, to protect the park's ecosystem
- No sunscreen or tanning lotion of any kind is allowed in the dolphin habitat
- No cameras or phones inside the dolphin habitat
- Optional activities cannot be purchased without park admission

Hotel pickup
Your driver meets you in the lobby at the time you chose. Just your group — no other stops, no other passengers.
Scenic drive to Xel-Há
Relax in an air-conditioned vehicle along the coastal highway: about 20 min from Tulum, 45 min from Playa del Carmen and 1 h 40 min from Cancún.
Arrival and check-in
Your driver drops you right at the entrance. Pick up your wristband and towel, leave your things in a locker and the park is all yours.
Snorkel, river and adventure
Snorkel the inlet, float down the river on an inner tube, walk the jungle trails and try the zip lines and jumps at Adventure World.
Buffet and the Lighthouse Lookout
Refuel at the buffet with unlimited drinks, then climb the 40 m Lighthouse Lookout for the best view of the park — and come down the slide.
Return to your hotel
Your driver is waiting at the agreed time for a comfortable private ride back.

Zip-Bike at Xel-Há
Pedal a bicycle suspended on a zip line cable above the jungle canopy and the turquoise lagoons of Xel-Há. Available from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., departures every half hour. Includes safety briefing, helmet and locker use during the activity. Requires park admission.
Stingray Encounter at Xel-Há
Get into the water with the majestic rays that live at Xel-Há and learn about their behavior and habitat from a certified guide. A calm, up-close experience for all ages. Requires park admission.
Adrenalina Speedboat at Xel-Há
Board a high-speed boat with a certified captain and ride the open Caribbean at up to 90 km/h, with sudden 360° turns and dives that will soak you. Duration: 30 minutes (10 min briefing / 20 min ride). Minimum height 1.40 m; guests under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Departures subject to weather. Not recommended for pregnant guests or anyone with heart, back or respiratory conditions. Requires park admission.
Sea Trek® Underwater Walk at Xel-Há
Walk on the seabed of the inlet wearing a Sea Trek® helmet that lets you breathe normally underwater — no diving experience needed, and you never get your face wet. Available from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., departures every 40 minutes. Duration: 40 minutes. Requires park admission.
Delphinus Harmony — Dolphin Swim at Xel-Há
The classic dolphin swim at Xel-Há: welcome, kiss, hug, free swim and more, guided by a trainer in a group program. Includes safety briefing, towel and locker. For the dolphins' safety, sunscreen and tanning lotion are not allowed in the habitat, and cameras and phones cannot be brought in. Requires park admission.
Delphinus Primax — Premium Dolphin Swim at Xel-Há
The most complete dolphin program at Xel-Há, in a small group with more time in the water: caress the dolphin's back and belly, exchange kisses, and watch its jumps just a few feet away. Includes safety briefing, towel and locker. For the dolphins' safety, sunscreen and tanning lotion are not allowed in the habitat, and cameras and phones cannot be brought in. Requires park admission.
